RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days after delivery date, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t approve a return request.

 

Please ensure you take your measurement as accurately as possible to ensure you pick the right fit for you.Consult our Size Chart to cross check.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. 

All items must be returned in original condition (including return postcard, packaging, and accessories). All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.

 

We do not accept returns on Clearance or Sale items 

 

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, shipping costs will only be refunded if there is an error with the order.

Order/ return processing times are slightly longer, during sale events and holidays.

 

REFUNDS

We unfortunately do not offer refunds.

 

 

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT


We can't ensure the items you want will be available by the time your returned items are received, hence we cannot guarantee exchanges , we will do our best to provide a close-enough alternative.

We will issue you a store credit  once we've received your return, please allow 7 business to process your return and issue the store credit.

You'll be able to use this to order another item.

The store credit never expires.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

 

We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.

DAMAGED ITEMS

CANCELLATION

Contact us within 24 hours to cancel your order.

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends,inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
